Offset printing

VOB’s machinery is among the most modern sheet offset machinery on the market.   The techniques we use are often jointly developed with the press manufacturer and the suppliers of printing materials.  
This year, VOB invested in two new KBA Rapida 164 machines. These are equipped with the Qualitronic inline measurement concept. This system offers the highest production quality currently available.

• Two newest generation five colour KB 164 presses with a dispersion lacquer unit and one with a UV coating unit (120x164)

The importance of lacquer
Lacquer is an essential aspect of the printing process, especially in the packaging market. Lacquer intensifies the colour of prints, while protecting your printed materials during the finishing process. 
At VOB we are keenly aware of how important this is. Our newly-installed KBA Rapida 164 has a lacquer and UV lacquer unit. We have a wealth of options available, using various inks, varnishes and lacquers, as well as various drying techniques, including UV drying. 

Food safe printing
VOB is also your partner for producing semi-finished goods for packaging for the food industry. We also have special inks and lacquers that do not migrate to the food.
